Hi my name is Peter Hall and I am here to help with all your Mortgage needs. Yes, there are plenty of Loan Officers out there, but you’ll see that choosing me as your agent is the way to go. Why? Well, the buying process can be a scary one, and sometimes the things that Loan Officers think of as common sense is not common sense to others. I get that, and I want to be here to explain things and guide you through every step of the way. Before I got in the Real Estate and Banking Industries I was part of the service industry, customer service was top priority— my job depended on it! This is very different from other Loan Officers who may come from a financial background and haven’t had extensive customer service experience. As I learned about the industry, I had to have things explained to me in a way that the average person could understand, because that’s what I was when I first started. I can not only make sure that you understand what is going on in every step of the process, but I will do so in a way that you know you’re being taken care of.
I am originally from Reston, Virginia and I moved here to go to school at VCU. My major was in marketing and my previous employment besides the service industry includes working for the Leukemia and Lymphoma Society. I am a pet lover and love to spend time outdoors with my Dalmatian and Sharpee mix. Virginia is great when it comes to spending time outdoors so i’ve developed a passion for fitness and sports. There’s so many great things to do here, so on the weekends you may find me in one of Richmond’s many parks: Forest Hill, Pony Pasture, or really anywhere on the James River.
I also have a great appreciation for the variety of restaurants located right here in RVA - my favorites include: Lucy's, Kuba Kuba and Edo’s Squid. If you haven’t been to those places, I can’t recommend them highly enough. And if you’re looking for night life, there is a great bar scene and fantastic art exhibitions like the ones at the VMFA. I am a vegetarian so i’ve discovered so many wonderful farmer’s markets in the area, let me know if you are in need of fresh local produce and I can tell you about the many places you can get it!
